Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Promotionpush affiliate network platform ("Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or pose risk to the network.

Publisher Obligations

If you join as a publisher (affiliate), you agree to:

• Promote only programs you are approved to promote, using approved creatives and tracking links.
• Avoid misleading claims, spam, trademark bidding (unless expressly allowed), incentivized traffic, malware, or fraud.
• Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws (including clear affiliate disclosures).
• Accept that commissions may be pending, approved, reversed, or adjusted based on validation, refunds, chargebacks, or program rules.

Advertiser Obligations

If you join as an advertiser, you agree to:

• Provide lawful offers, accurate program terms, creatives, and payout conditions.
• Fund campaigns and honor approved commissions according to program settings and Platform rules.
• Not encourage publishers to bypass tracking or Platform payment flows.
• Respond to membership applications and conversion disputes in good faith.

Tracking, Conversions, and Payouts

Click tracking, conversion validation, commission calculation, and payouts are handled through the Platform. We may delay, withhold, reverse, or refuse payouts where fraud, policy violations, technical errors, or unpaid advertiser balances are involved. Reported statistics are indicative and may be corrected after review.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Generate fake clicks, conversions, or leads.
• Interfere with Platform security, APIs, or other users' accounts.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse Platform data beyond permitted API use.
• Use the Platform for money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.

Intellectual Property

The Platform, branding, software, and documentation remain the property of Promotionpush or its licensors. Advertisers retain ownership of their creatives and offer materials; publishers receive a limited license to use approved materials only for promoting the relevant program.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promotionpush is not liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the fees you paid to us (if any) in the three months before the claim.

Termination

Either party may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, fraud risk, legal requirements, or non-payment. Provisions that by nature should survive (including payment obligations, liability limits, and IP rights) will survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
